Eligibility
You must be a resident of a Canadian province or territory and of the age of majority in the province or territory where you reside. You agree that you will use Fig Products for your personal use only.Description of the Products
Fig offers personal installment loans with term options and interest rates varying based on the offer that was presented to you ( “Fig Products” ). Fig Products accrue daily interest on the unpaid principal balance, up to the amount of the cost of credit/cost of borrowing, until you pay the loan in full. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply to a specific product. Further, these products and related services are only available in those provinces and territories in Canada where they may be legally offered.Use of Fig Products
To benefit from Fig Products, you will need to establish an account with us and create a username and password. You agree to keep them strictly confidential and not to share them with others. You may only have one Fig Product at any given time.Collection of Personal Information
To offer you the Fig Products, we need to process your personal information. By applying for Fig Products, you consent to Fig’s collection, use, process and disclose your personal information and understand that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes in more detail and information on how we use and protect your data.Provide Accurate Information
You agree to provide only true, accurate and complete information and not misrepresent your identity or account information. Fig may, from time to time, request documentation to support the information that you have provided or request additional information and may suspend and/or cancel any Fig Product until you have provided such documentation to the reasonable satisfaction of Fig. It is your responsibility to keep account information up to date and accurate at all times with Fig.Credit Reporting
By confirming your Fig Product, you have expressly authorized Fig to obtain your financial information, credit and other personal information about you, which will be used to determine your creditworthiness. Your consent will be effective for the duration of your Fig Loan. This consent is required in order to complete the purposes described in this application and our Privacy Policy.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Fig, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any liability, including reasonable legal fees, related to your use of the Fig Products or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.No endorsements
References to third parties’ goods, services, information or opinions on our web pages are not specifically endorsements or approvals by us. Links from or to sites outside our web pages, mobile or online services, portals or applications are meant for convenience only. Fig is not responsible for the content or availability of the Third-Party Site nor will it be responsible for any damages that you may incur when you are redirected to that said site .
